Annalisa has gained extensive experience in corporate finance, with a particular focus on corporate law, finance, and corporate governance issues.
She has managed extraordinary domestic and cross-border transactions for major financial institutions, multinational groups, and private equity and venture capital funds, particularly related to international expansion initiatives and corporate restructuring processes. She provides ongoing assistance on compliance and corporate governance matters to publicly listed companies.
Annalisa has significant expertise in managing extraordinary administration procedures and privatization processes, developed during her tenure at I.M.I. – Istituto Mobiliare Italiano S.p.A. from 1991 to 1996. Initially, she worked in the Finance and Holdings Department (Foreign Staff), where she dealt with Japanese market regulations, including an eight-month assignment in Tokyo at the Industrial Bank of Japan (IBJ). Later, she served in the Corporate Finance Function and as staff to the Deputy General Manager of Finance, closely following the main privatization operations initiated in 1992.
She has held and continues to hold independent director positions on the boards of publicly listed companies, banks, and regulated financial intermediaries, actively participating in internal board committees.
