He graduated cum laude from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan, with a thesis in commercial law, and has developed solid experience in commercial, corporate, banking and insurance litigation, as well as in out-of-court advisory services for companies and private clients.

He assists domestic and international clients in complex litigation before ordinary courts and arbitral tribunals, including matters involving aspects of international law.

At an out-of-court level, Mr. Colombo provides legal advice also in the context of extraordinary transactions, as well as in the drafting of shareholders’ agreements and commercial contracts. His professional activity further extends to legal opinions and advisory work. He is the author of numerous academic publications in the fields of corporate law, insurance law and corporate crisis and insolvency.
