He has been assisting major industrial and financial players for many years in complex proceedings, including liability actions, challenges to shareholders’ and board resolutions, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, acquisition contracts, and directors’ and statutory auditors’ liability.
He has recognized expertise in disputes involving derivatives, structured finance products and breaches of obligations by financial intermediaries.
He also supports clients in disputes concerning product liability, contractual breaches, procurement and supply agreements, particularly in the energy and project finance sectors.
Over the years, he has also developed significant experience in IP litigation and in providing non-contentious advice in private equity and M&A transactions, with a focus on banks, investment funds and companies operating across various industries.
