He handles the preparation of tax returns for corporations, including within the scope of the national tax consolidation regime, analysis and reclassification of financial statements, and budgeting and reporting activities for Italian companies belonging to multinational groups.
He has also developed deep expertise in corporate governance, extraordinary transactions (mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and restructurings), business valuations, and strategic consulting to support investment decisions and the outsourcing of company functions.
He provides assistance in civil litigation as a court-appointed expert for the Milan Court, particularly in banking matters and agency contracts.
