In corporate law, she assists companies from incorporation to reorganization, focusing on both ordinary activities and extraordinary transactions, including due diligence.

In civil law, she advises on debt recovery and commercial contracts.

In data protection, she supports companies in GDPR compliance, reviewing internal policies and managing privacy strategy.

Throughout her career, she has received several accolades from leading industry and mainstream publications, including Legalcommunity and Forbes, which have repeatedly ranked her among the key professionals in labor law. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Italferr S.p.A. and is actively involved in major professional associations in the field, including the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI), the Licensing Executives Society (LES Italy), and the Italian Association for Personnel Management (AIDP).
