Barbara has developed solid experience in litigation and advisory work across all areas of employment, trade union and industrial relations law, assisting SMEs, national companies, listed companies, multinational groups and public-sector entities.
In the employment law field, she supports companies in corporate reorganisations, collective and individual dismissals, transfers of business units, outsourcing arrangements, disciplinary proceedings for breaches of Model 231 and Codes of Ethics, employment contracts and day-to-day employment management, company policies and procedures, gender equality matters, whistleblowing, due diligence in M&A transactions, breaches of non-compete agreements and employee poaching.
Barbara has also gained significant experience in advising senior executives and members of boards of directors on employment law matters and related corporate law issues.
In the civil law sphere, she has extensive experience in advisory work (including commercial contracting and debt recovery) and civil litigation (contractual and tort liability, unfair competition and debt recovery), assisting both domestic and international companies, as well as in family law matters.
