Vittorio Grimaldi

Vittorio Grimaldi is a leading figure in the Italian legal landscape. He played a central role in the country’s most significant strategic operations, including the privatizations of the 1990s, the creation of Borsa Italiana, and the reorganization of the IRI group’s shareholdings. His expertise has also been strengthened through long-standing relationships with major banks and international investors.

Today, in addition to continuing his professional activity, he devotes himself with passion to art law and the protection of Italy’s cultural heritage. He is the author of novels and a promoter of cultural initiatives, which he interprets as a natural continuation of his commitment to society.

Although not a member of the professional association, Vittorio serves as its Honorary President and, in this role, he is an active and invaluable presence. He is always the first to offer a listening ear and thoughtful perspective on complex cases, ready to share both strategic vision and practical insight. For many, especially the younger professionals, he is a true mentor: approachable, present, generous with advice, and an inspiring figure. The Nominations Committee supports the Board of Directors in defining selection criteria and evaluating candidates for internal career paths within the Firm, governance positions, and key roles within the Firm, while promoting transparency and merit in decision-making processes.

Remuneration Committee

The Remuneration Committee establishes the firm’s compensation policies to ensure fairness, consistency, and recognition of individual contributions. It oversees incentive systems and their alignment with strategic objectives.
