He specializes in advising and assisting clients in extraordinary corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, private equity deals, and corporate restructurings, supporting leading national – including listed – and international companies.
He has also developed significant expertise in commercial contracts, including cross-border agreements, corporate governance matters, business succession planning, as well as corporate and banking litigation, both before courts and in arbitration proceedings.
He has held and continues to hold positions as a member of Supervisory Boards of leading companies and associations.
