Michele Greggio is a lawyer based in the Padua office. He has developed solid experience in corporate, commercial and banking law, providing legal assistance to companies and credit institutions, with a focus on both out-of-court and transactional advisory work as well as litigation.
He advises companies, entrepreneurs and banks on M&A transactions, domestic and international commercial contracts, corporate governance matters and bank–company relationships, as well as on highly complex disputes involving corporate governance, directors’ and statutory auditors’ liability, shareholders’ agreements and extraordinary transactions.
