Piergiorgio has developed solid experience in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on M&A transactions, private equity and corporate restructurings. He advises Italian and foreign companies on extraordinary transactions, commercial contracting and ongoing advisory work, operating across various sectors, including IT and telecommunications, industry, manufacturing, services, media and publishing, as well as the third sector.

Over the course of his career, he has held corporate governance positions, including as a member of boards of directors, and has supported industrial and financial groups in complex regulatory environments, interacting with national authorities and institutions. He has also advised public bodies, employers’ associations and trade associations, participating in ministerial and parliamentary committees on key corporate and commercial law matters.

He regularly engages in training and educational activities, acting as a lecturer and speaker at specialised courses and conferences on corporate law, corporate administrative liability and commercial contracting. He is the author of publications in the fields of civil and commercial law.
