Christian has developed specific experience, both in contentious and non-contentious matters, in the field of administrative law, with particular focus on transport law, infrastructure, energy, environmental law, public contracts and regulated professions.

He holds a PhD in Constitutional Law from the University of Teramo and regularly collaborates with the Chair of Administrative Law at LUISS Guido Carli, where he has been deemed eligible for the appointment of teaching support contracts.

He carries out teaching activities within second-level university master’s programmes and regularly speaks at conferences and seminars on public law matters.

He is the author of several academic publications in the fields of constitutional law, European law, procedural and substantive administrative law, and public accounting law.
