Anna has developed deep and extensive experience in assisting leading Italian and international companies and corporate groups in employment law matters, both in litigation and in ongoing strategic advisory work. She supports companies in the day-to-day management of employment relationships, assisting HR departments and management in hiring, employee management and termination processes, disciplinary procedures, as well as in the drafting and management of procurement and service agreements and the definition of internal policies aligned with regulatory developments and business objectives, with an approach focused on the prevention of disputes and legal risk.

She also assists clients in negotiations and settlements with trade unions, as well as in complex procedures such as business transfers, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, collective dismissals and changes of contractors.
