Giuseppe Pastore specializes in M&A and corporate and commercial law, in which he regularly advises leading Italian and international companies, as well as private equity funds.

His practice includes assistance in extraordinary transactions, including M&A deals, transfers of businesses and business units, establishment of joint ventures, domestic and cross-border mergers and demergers. He also advises on corporate governance matters, drafting and negotiation of sale and purchase agreements, including cross-border transactions, preparation of shareholders’ agreements, as well as ongoing corporate advisory and commercial contracts.

Giuseppe has also gained significant experience in insolvency and restructuring law, assisting companies in judicial and out-of-court proceedings and in industrial and financial restructuring processes.

Prior to joining Solving, Giuseppe worked with leading national and international law firms.
