Mauro has gained extensive experience at leading law firms. He advises major public- and private-sector entities and companies, as well as insolvency estates, on contentious and non-contentious matters involving corporate, banking, intellectual property and industrial law, contracts, and business restructuring and insolvency.
He serves as a court-appointed judicial commissioner in several composition-with-creditors proceedings (concordato preventivo), acts as an arbitrator and holds non-executive board positions at companies of national and international standing.
From 2001 to 2024, Mauro was an Adjunct Professor in European Union Commercial Law at the University of Molise’s Faculty of Law. He has also delivered numerous lectures and seminars at the Postgraduate Schools for the Legal Professions of Suor Orsola Benincasa University of Naples and the University of Campania ‘Luigi Vanvitelli’. He has authored articles and contributions to edited volumes on corporate law, banking law and restructuring and insolvency, and has spoken at conferences and advanced training courses. He is also a member of the Council of Founding Members of the Gian Franco Campobasso Association for the Study of Commercial and Banking Law and is registered with the Italian National Register of Insolvency Practitioners (Albo Nazionale dei Gestori della Crisi di Impresa).
