Massimo Agostini is a lawyer specialized in the legal and tax aspects of M&A and commercial transactions, both domestic and transnational.
Massimo has acquired an extensive experience in the structure, negotiation and execution of share and assets deals, including transfers and contribution of going concerns, joint ventures, demergers, as well as domestic and cross-border mergers.

In his activity, Massimo assists on a regular basis corporations and private equity funds.

He has also acquired a significant experience in the field of corporate restructuring and turnaround of distressed situations, taking care of the special procedure with the Tax Authorities (so-called “transanzione fiscale) in such context.

Massimo Agostini has also acquired a broad experience in assisting clients in their disputes with the Tax Authorities at administrative level and before the competent Tax Courts.
