Niccolò has developed specific experience in corporate law and commercial contracts. He assists Italian and foreign companies in M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations, as well as in corporate governance and commercial contracting matters. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the Corporate M&A departments of an international law firm.
