Stefano advises clients, both in contentious and non-contentious matters, on administrative law and European Union law, as well as on regulatory issues, with particular focus on public procurement, services of general economic interest, state-owned and state-controlled companies, and the regulation of the State’s special powers in strategic sectors (the so-called “Golden Power”).
Stefano holds a PhD in European Union Law from the University of Naples – Parthenope and collaborates on an ongoing basis with the Chair of European Union Law at the University of Rome – Tor Vergata. He has also taught in second-level university master’s programmes and is the author of several academic publications in the fields of EU law and administrative law.
