Daniela Ziglioli advises public and private clients in both litigation and non-contentious administrative law matters. Her practice focuses on renewable energy — including proceedings before the Superior Tribunal of Public Waters — large-scale hydroelectric concessions, construction and urban planning, expropriation and environmental authorizations. She also handles matters relating to the performance of public contracts for works, services and supplies. She has developed specific expertise in public-private partnerships and sponsorship of urban public spaces.
