Marta Spaini has extensive experience in administrative law, with particular expertise in urban planning and construction, energy and environmental matters, advising major domestic and international clients.
In the urban planning sector, she assists Italian and foreign operators in the assessment and implementation of development and enhancement projects, handling all stages of the process, from urban planning and construction analysis to the definition of the most appropriate administrative procedures (including programme agreements, implementing and variant plans, development agreements and other negotiated planning instruments). She has also handled the disposal of real estate portfolios, including through the establishment of and contribution to real estate funds.
In the energy sector, she has been involved in numerous projects concerning the development of energy production plants, including greenfield projects, both from conventional and renewable sources, as well as the related connection networks to national transmission systems, managing every aspect of the authorization process, including coordination with the various authorities involved (Ministries, Superintendencies, local authorities, GSE, and the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment – ARERA).
Marta is a member of the Lombard Association of Administrative Lawyers.
